Lisa Hines.
She has been teaching group fitness since 1983. Certified in A.C.E and A.F.A.A has trained in Tae Kwon Do and earned a 1st grade Brown belt  in 2000.Other certifications include Children fitness and Zumba. Currently working on a spinning cert. A softball coach in her off time witch she's been coaching for the past 10 years.





Zumba
Is a fusion of Latin and International music-dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Circuit
A cardio and toning class. This class uses basic aerobic choreography then adds resistance for arms and legs to give the whole body a fat burning workout. Great beginner class.
 



Kickboxing
Use a heavy bag and gloves for an intense cardio and muscle burning workout. Utilizes traditional boxing moves with martial arts kicks. Good class for all levels. Use of bag optional.


Boot Camp
This class uses various pieces of equipment set in a circuit format. Using 1 minute intervals at each station with only a short rest period in between +, This is a great cardio workout. Sometimes a medicine ball is used in partners to increase coordination and strength. All levels able to participate.
Step
This is a non-stop cardio workout. A step is used in different combinations to combat boredom. This is usually an advanced workout, but newcomers are taught low versions of the workout.


Yoga/Pilates
This class splits in half for the best results. A mat Pilates class is followed by a relaxing yoga. Emphasis is placed on proper breathing technique and form. All levels can participate and are shown different levels.


Power Pump
This is a weight-lifting class. Adjustable barbell and dumbbells are used for total body conditioning. An extra fee is required. All levels welcome.
